Prepare for Flashback.
Setting: The forest & abandoned hospital. Main focus: Route choices and distinguishing optional exploration.
Write down the game, difficulty and whether the run is online or offline. Those conditions can change which room, item or puzzle reference applies.
- Practice interaction and inventory before you need them under pressure.
- Keep space for an objective item instead of filling every slot with optional supplies.
- If playing with others, agree on the next destination and who carries important items.
Scenario-specific reference notes.

Consult the scenario’s own reference before applying a code or item location from another hospital scenario.
Keep notes on your route and current objective. A room you have explored is not necessarily an event you have completed.
Use a source table with its conditions.
The linked community page includes its own difficulty and mode labels. Read those before choosing a row. A list of possible items is not a guarantee that each one appears in your session.
If your room or item does not match, re-check the conditions before spending more resources. Avoid treating one player’s route as proof that every game edition behaves identically.
After the escape.
Separate your next goal into clearing the scenario, collecting a particular item or completing optional events. Do not assume one result records the others.
Use the checklist below to keep a personal preparation record. It stays in this browser and can be reset for another attempt.
